About the Role:
✔️ Oversee financial services, including budgeting, payroll, purchasing, grants, contracts, and compliance.

✔️ Ensure financial planning, risk management, and resource optimisation align with Njernda’s strategic goals.
About You:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in accounting, commerce, or a related field.
✔️ CPA qualification essential.
✔️ Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, ideally in an Aboriginal or not-for-profit organisation.
✔️ Strong financial planning, reporting, and analytical skills.
✔️ High-level communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
