Njernda Aboriginal Corporation is seeking a dedicated Senior Strategic and Policy Liaison Officer to provide high-level strategic advice and support to the CEO, senior managers, and staff.

This identified position is open to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants and offers the opportunity to contribute to the strength and self-determination of the local Aboriginal community.

In this key role, you will:
✔️ Ensure compliance with accreditation requirements and best practice policies.
✔️ Lead strategic projects, policy development, research, and advocacy.
✔️ Support program staff in improving service delivery and client engagement.
✔️ Promote Aboriginal Community Control and the priority reforms of the National Agreement on Closing the Gap.
