Join Njernda Aboriginal Corporation as an Accreditation Coordinator, ensuring our organisation meets accreditation standards, funding requirements, and regulatory obligations. This role works closely with managers, staff, and external stakeholders to strengthen compliance systems and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

About the role

In this role, you will:


  • Coordinate accreditation, compliance and risk management processes
  • Conduct internal audits, reviews and support continuous improvement plans
  • Manage accreditation documentation, submissions, and reporting requirements
  • Provide training and support to staff on compliance and accreditation standards
  • Liaise with government, accreditation bodies, and peak organisations

About you

  • Diploma or Certificate IV in Compliance, Auditing, Risk or Quality Management (or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of quality, audit, and risk management systems
  • Strong skills in organisation, communication, and critical thinking
  • Ability to train and support staff in compliance requirements
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role (regional experience desirable)
