Njernda Aboriginal Corporation is seeking an experienced and passionate Health and Ageing Services Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Medical Centre, Community and Ageing programs.

This is a unique leadership opportunity for someone with experience as a Operations Manager, Medical Practice Manager, or Health and Ageing Services Manager who is ready to step into a broad and impactful role supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community health and wellbeing.

About the role

As our Health and Ageing Services Manager, you will oversee the operations of a busy, accredited medical centre along with a wide range of community health and ageing programs.

This role blends practice management, operations leadership, and clinical governance, making it ideal for candidates with experience in:



• Medical/GP clinic management
• Healthcare operations
• Aged care program delivery
• Multi-disciplinary team leadership

You will lead a large and diverse team while ensuring high-quality, culturally safe, and compliant service delivery.

About you

• Tertiary qualification in Health, Business, or related field or equivalent significant experience
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar leadership role
• Strong financial, operational, and people management skills
