Be the first point of contact for community members and visitors to Njernda’s Corporate Services. This role provides a welcoming and professional reception experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the corporate office through a range of administrative tasks.

About the role

In this role, you will:



  • Greet and assist visitors, community members, and stakeholders in a culturally respectful way
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and manage inquiries professionally
  • Maintain a welcoming, safe, and organised reception and waiting area
  • Manage mail, appointments, meeting room bookings, and basic administration tasks
  • Provide support to the Corporate Services team as required

About you

  • Certificate III or higher in Business/Office Administration (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with phone and reception systems
  • Understanding of Aboriginal people, culture, and community needs
  • Ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism and cultural respect
