Appointments
Appointments are required for all services and repeat scripts, test results, and health assessments all require appointments. A standard appointment time is 20 minutes, so please let us know when booking if you will need a longer appointment.
Please talk to us if you need a same-day appointment, a telehealth appointment or a home visit – we’ll do our best to help, depending on availability and demand.
Bulk Billing
We offer bulk billing for eligible patients. If there are any out-of-pocket costs for your appointment, we’ll let you know in advance so there are no surprises.
After-hours care
Always phone 000 in an emergency. After hours medical care is available at Echuca Regional Health. Please present to 226 Service Street Echuca, or phone (03) 5485 5000.
Interpreting services
Interpreting Services are available through TIS National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Interpreting Services.
Communication & Reminders
We may contact you via SMS, phone or letter for appointment reminders or recalls. Our team will support you with respectful, clear communication, and you can always speak to a nurse or leave a message for your GP through reception.
