Supporting Mind, Spirit and Community
Njernda’s Wellbeing Unit offers a safe and culturally supportive space where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people can receive help for mental health, drug and alcohol, emotional wellbeing, and trauma-related concerns.
We understand that strong mental and emotional health is deeply connected to culture, identity and family. Our team includes Aboriginal Health Workers, counsellors, specialist support staff and project workers who walk alongside clients with respect, care and confidentiality.
Whether you’re going through a tough time, managing a long-term condition, or looking to reconnect with your roots, our team is here to help you feel heard, supported and empowered.
